The Malt Shovel [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - Closed approximately 2010, now a ladies clothes shop selling Asian styles. On the corner of Muntz Street and Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Image Date: 23/07/2012
George & Dragon [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - Demolished September/October 2021. It was located on the corner of Mansel Road and Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Image Date: 26/07/2012
The Sydenham [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - The Sydenham Public House was demolished to make way for this Hotel/Conference Centre. On the corner of Golden Hillock Road and Anderton Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Image Date: 25/07/2012
The Marlborough [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - It may have had a healthy trade at one time, but on the few occasions that I used it in the 1980's it wasn't full, and it didn't have much life in it, a large, majestic building that looks out of place, I suppose that it was only a matter of time before this pub closed. It now appears to be Flats/Apartments. On the corner of Anderton Road and Montgomery Street, Sparkbrook, Birmingham. Image Date: 24/08/2016
The Rock [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - Converted into retail units. On the corner of Alum Rock Road and Bowyer Road, Alum Rock, Birmingham. Image Date: 03/12/2013
Station Hotel [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - It now appears to be Flats/Apartments. On Bordesley Green Road opposite Adderley Park railway station. Image Date: 27/10/2017
Adderley Park [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - This pub was also known at one time as 'The Three A's'. It was owned by Atkinson's brewery, located on the corner of Ash Road and Adderley Road, Saltley, Birmingham (Atkinson's, Ash, Adderley - hence the three A's). The last time that I passed by this building (February 2024) it had a 'For Sale' above the door, I think that it is unlikely to re-open as a Pub/Bar. Image Date: 23/09/2011

The Clements Arms [Ceased Trading as a Pub/Bar] - On the corner of Upper Trinity Street and Coventry Road, Camp Hill (Bordesley), Birmingham. Image Date: 06/05/2013
The Forge Tavern - Ceased trading as a Pub/Bar in July 2017 - The license for this pub was revoked after an altercation on/near the premises in which a man was fatally stabbed in July 2017. Since then, the building was trading under the name of The Mulberry Guest House until it re-opened as Son Caney Bar (Cuba Bar) in June 2021.
