Trevithick & Rastrick Memorial - Located in Low Town by the banks of the River Severn is this clock tower dedicated to Richard Trevithick (13 April 1771 – 22 April 1833) and John Urpeth Rastrick (26 January 1780 – 01 November 1856) - Richard Trevithick being the person who designed and built the first steam railway engine, and John Urpeth Rastrick who helped on this project.
