The Kingston Cinema - Now a church. The Kingston Cinema closed in the late 1970's, reopened as a bingo hall, closed in the 1990's. Later demolished, ground lay vacant for about 10 years, new build started around 2018. Located on the corner of Kingston Road and Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham.

On Grange Road, Small Heath, Birmingham, with Holmwood Road on the left, Hawkes Street on the right. The building on the right was Butlers Ltd, formed in 1911, it was a family business of brass founders that made lamps for the motor trade. The company was bought by Lucas in 1952. The building was demolished in the early 1980's.

The Grange Cinema - Opened in 1915, rebuilt in 1922 as the Grange Super Cinema, closed in 1959. The poster on the front advertises a film, it could be 'Call of the West', there were two films with that title, one was a short film made in 1922, and the other was 65 minutes long and was made in 1930. Nearly all the buildings on that side of the road (heading to Muntz Street) were demolished and replaced with new ones in the 1960's. Located on the corner of Grange Road and Coventry Road, Small Heath.
